Returns & Refunds Policy — Ani Ipradjian Art

Eligibility & Window
1.1. Change-of-mind returns are available only for original artworks purchased from Ani Ipradjian Art.
1.2. You must lodge your return request within seven (7) days of delivery to the address provided at checkout. -
How to Start a Return
2.1. Email your request to info@aniipradjianart.com.au within the 7-day period.
2.2. Please include your full name, order number, delivery date, and a brief note that you wish to return the artwork. -
Return Approval & Instructions
3.1. Once your request is received, we will confirm next steps and provide collection details.
3.2. Returns must be pre-approved by Ani Ipradjian Art before the artwork is sent or collected. -
Packaging Requirements
4.1. The artwork must be repacked exactly as it arrived, including all internal padding, corner protectors if they were provided, certificates, and exterior materials.
4.2. Inadequate packaging that results in damage may reduce your refund (see Section 7). -
Courier Collection & Return Freight
5.1. Ani Ipradjian Art will arrange collection and return shipping.
5.2. Return freight costs are payable by the purchaser and will be deducted from the refund after the artwork arrives back safely. -
Framing Costs
6.1. Custom framing charges are non-refundable.
6.2. For clarity: black or white custom frames are not refunded; only Tasmanian Oak frames are eligible for refund where applicable. -
Condition on Return
7.1. The artwork must arrive in the same condition as originally dispatched.
7.2. If the artwork returns with any damage, wear, or missing components, restoration or replacement costs will be deducted from the refund.
7.3. Final condition assessment is made by Ani Ipradjian Art upon receipt. -
Refund Timing & Method
8.1. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned artwork.
8.2. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution’s processing times may vary. -
Products Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
9.1. Prints are final sale. Open-edition Prints and Limited Edition Prints are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds due to the nature of these products.
9.2. Exception — damaged in transit (prints). If your print arrives damaged, you may request an exchange once the original print is returned to us.
9.3. Shipping coverage for exchanges. For approved exchanges under Clause 9.2, Ani Ipradjian Art will cover both (a) the return shipping of the damaged print and (b) the outbound shipping of the replacement print.
9.4. How to request an exchange. Email info@aniipradjianart.com.au with your order number, delivery date, and clear photos of the damage within seven (7) days of delivery. We’ll provide return instructions and arrange the replacement after we receive the returned print. -
Damaged-in-Transit Items
10.1. Items damaged during delivery are not processed as change-of-mind returns.
10.2. These shipments are covered by delivery insurance; we will assist you with the claim process so you are covered for any damage sustained in transit. -
Compliance with Consumer Law
11.1. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your statutory rights remain in full force and effect. -
