Today I went to Australias new urban festival Can't Do Tomorrow and what can I say It was everything I expected and more.
Over 150 artists have taken over Melbourne's Multi - Level warehouse to showcase Urban and Street Art.
This festival is one of the first ones they have had and runs over 10 days and I was so happy to be one of the first people there. All I can say is my jaw just dropped every time I saw a new piece of art. The best thing is you have the opportunity to buy work from notable names and emerging talent from the urban art scene.
The Facility where the exhibition is one of Melbourne most iconic underground spaces with every wall covered with art.
You could spend the whole day there and still not want to leave.
Walking around all of a sudden a chicken appeared in front of me yes a chicken. Also a one of the most gorgeous black cats I have ever seen with piercing green eyes. So never been to an exhibition that has that quirky element. Each artist had their own original style and materials so the variety was definitely there.
Artists have transformed a 22 carriages Freight train into one of the largest outdoor galleries in Australia. Exhibition spaces are outdoor and indoor in this multi - level complex.
I hope you got to enjoy this exhibition. Also a big thanks to Art Lovers Australia for inviting me and Fern Siebler for coming with me and making my day full of fun.
